The definitions of youth might vary. The United Nations defines "youth" as peoples from 15 to 24 years of age. But Mr. Sothea Som, associate training director of AIA Cambodia believes that youth should not have the age limit, adding that it needs the spirit as youth in order to be called youth.
"If they have the spirit [as youth], work very energitically and take care of themselves very well, they are youth," Sothea says.
