These family live all year round in this small boat. On the left, Khen Khan family set their boat camp for several month in Tonle Sap Lake where they can put their big fish basket on shallow water of Tonle sap Lake during dry months. On the right picture, since the floods start in late July, Khen Khea and his family moved their boat house from Tonle Sap Lake upstream to Stung Sen canal. They may spend a few months here depending on the water level and fish. "Since we moved here, we find shellfish and snails instead because there are very few fish," said Khen Khea. Climate change and dams upstream are causing the decline of many fish populations។
