Both aim to provide a broad overview of local and international laws and regulations that govern international businesses and engage students on the use and regulations of digital technologies.
 

The university says its graduates will be equipped with knowledge and skills that are highly valued in the global market.   


 

Courses cover laws, regulations and policies in Cambodia and in other prominent common and civil law jurisdictions. 
 

Students will learn to analyze complex legal issues that arise in international business, the fast-growing developments of digital technologies, and how these developments have affected the application of laws and different approaches to their solutions.
 

Courses include international business transactions, e-commerce law, and emerging technologies and the law. 


 

The LL.M. program is tailored for those who have a background in law while the MLS is designed for professionals who do not have a background in law. The LL.M. and MLS are two-year, part-time, programs consisting of 45 units. Applications are open now.
 

 To ensure success, the university provides an English course for master’s studies to develop the confidence and soft skills that are needed to succeed in their studies. The English course starts on Oct. 3. 

 

The university is hosting an open house and information session on Sept. 17 from 9:30am to 10:30am at the university campus.
